Colonial residence built in 1876 and located 200 meters from the Vidal Park. The ventilated and air-conditioned bedrooms are facing a central patio with many plants.
Colonial residence built in the year 1876 is located only 200 meters from the Central Park of the city (Parque Vidal). It is a classic representation of the Spanish colonial architecture of the time. The house maintains its original spirit and structure, although it has had some modifications that bring it closer to the eclectic style, with spacious rooms exquisitely decorated with Baccarat crystal lamps, Art deco, lampposts in outdoor corridors and patio, knob furniture in Baroque style, present in some Cuban houses with abundant carved and turned elements and floors reinserted since 1912 imported from Turkey.
It has a patio with beautiful gardens, among its species of plants with orchids and butterflies (national flower). The first room decorated in the Colonial style and the other in the Art Deco style, are located around the patio in order to have a good use of sunlight and ventilation
Depending on the geographical location of the house, it is easy to access the historical and emblematic places of interest in Santa Clara such as the monuments to the Armored Train, Tobacco Factory, Mausoleum and the Plaza de la Revolución Ché Guevara, apart from places of tourist interest nearby, such as the Hanabanilla reservoir, Remedios city, the Santa María Cays and its beaches.
It offers transportation services and restaurant (No 1 on TripAdvisor in the city) with dinner and breakfast, free tourist information, and city tour, English, French, Italian are spoken.
