Discotheques of the Havana
In discotheques of the Havana we started with the most famous show in Cuba, El Cabaret Tropicana, it’s expensive, but if you want to see a Cabaret show in Cuba, it should be at the Tropicana.
It was inaugurated in 1939 and is known as “a Paradise under the stars”. This outdoor performance, happens to be one of the best Cabaret shows, not only in Cuba, but in the World.
This cabaret has changed little since its best moments, in the 50s, but with its almost 150 dancers, models, singers and musicians, it is still a world reference, where 200,000 tourists gather every year.
It is accessed through a garden and the famous Fountain of the Muses, work of the famous Italian sculptor Aldo Gamba.
The dinner service starts around 8:00 p.m. and the show around 10:30 pm, turning the stage into a debauchery of lights, colors, costumes and movement.
The show lasts about 2 hours and covers Cuban music, bolero, salsa, danzón and Afro-Cuban rhythms. After the performance, you can dance all night in its famous Hall of Glass Arches.

This is located on the top floor of the House of Music of Miramar, and is accessed by a side staircase. Excellent place to listen to live music and dance. It is usually crowded, although as often happens in Havana, what is fashionable today, tomorrow may cease to be.
You can also enjoy their music videos and has a DJ to liven up the night.
It offers 2 daily sessions, on the one hand, the matinee that is in the afternoon and the nocturnal session that usually lasts until 3 in the morning.
For those looking for a festive atmosphere of music, dancing and live bands is a good option.
